Skill instructions

Transform a raw meeting transcript into a concise, structured summary that a busy stakeholder can read in under a minute. Instructions 1. Read the entire transcript before writing anything. 2. Produce the summary in the following sections, omitting any that are empty: - TL;DR — 2–3 sentences capturing the outcome. - Key decisions — bullet list, each starting with a verb. - Action items — a table with columns: Owner, Task, Due date. - Open questions — anything left unresolved. 3. Never invent owners or dates. If an owner is unclear, write Unassigned. 4. Preserve the participants' exact terminology for product and feature names. 5. Keep the entire summary under 250 words unless the user asks for more detail. Tone Neutral, factual, and skimmable. Avoid filler and editorializing. Example output TL;DR — The team agreed to ship the beta on the 15th and postpone the analytics dashboard to the next milestone. Action items | Owner | Task | Due date | | --- | --- | --- | | Priya | Finalize relea
