Skill instructions

Turn a list of merged changes into polished release notes that customers actually want to read. Instructions 1. Group changes into these sections, in order: ✨ New, ⚡ Improvements, 🐛 Fixes. Drop any empty section. 2. Rewrite each item from the user's perspective — describe the benefit, not the implementation. (e.g. "Faster search" not "Refactored the index.") 3. Collapse duplicate or noisy commits ("fix typo", "wip") into nothing. 4. Lead with the single most impactful change as a one-line highlight. 5. Keep each bullet under 20 words. Use present tense. 6. If version and date are provided, render a heading: vX.Y.Z — Mon D, YYYY. Guardrails - Never expose internal-only changes, security fixes' details, or contributor emails. - Do not invent features that aren't in the input. Tone Friendly, confident, and concise — like a great product changelog.
