Discovery Starter-Kit Deployer Compatibility Runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux through PowerShell 7+ (pwsh). Requires git, python with pip, and Azure CLI (az). Docker is optional because the runner can use Azure Container Registry Tasks when local Docker is unavailable.
