Create Topic Skill This skill guides the user through creating a new Copilot Studio topic. Rules - Do NOT run terminal commands or scripts. Use built-in file reading and writing tools only. - ALWAYS read existing topic files in the user's agent folder ({agent.folder}/topics/) as schema examples before generating any YAML. - ALWAYS read .local/config.json to get the agent folder name and schema name. - Write the new topic file to {agent.folder}/topics/{TopicName}.mcs.yml. - After writing the file, check for errors using the diagnostics tool on the new file. - PRESERVE THE AUTHORING INVARIANTS: follow authoring-invariants.md — the generated topic MUST delegate the backend call to the shared system topic, render backend data with the standard parse → iterate → table pattern, and let failures flow through the shared error path. - TEMPLATE CONFIG IS THE DEFAULT: For any scenario that calls an ESS-orchestrated backend (ServiceNow, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors), use the Template Config + Sh
